Southlake Bicycle World Ambassadors

Our BW Ambassador's are like family to us. These are fans of the shop, athletes and all around good people. Being the fastest isn't a job requirement, but having an infectious love of the sport and a willingness to share that love is.

We rely on our area ambassadors to help us build relationships with local organizations and we draw inspiration from their exploits. From the Olympics, to local 5k's, our ambassadors represent everything we love about endurance sports.

Brad Bowerman

"Triathlon and endurance sports, which started as a way to support my wife in her multisport pursuits back in 2009, has quickly become not only a passionate hobby of mine, but also a lifestyle! I've been racing since 2010 at varying distances in triathlon, with the Olympic and half-Ironman being my favorite distances of choice. I've been blessed not only with the resources and opportunities to travel around Texas and the country racing, but also with an understanding and like-minded spouse, Lindsay, who supports and appreciates the multisport madness that our lives have become!

When I'm not training or competing, I'm a firefighter/paramedic for the Dallas Fire-Rescue Department. I look forward to the opportunity to race under the Bicycle World banner this season, cherish their support, and look forward to helping others find the same fullfillment, fun, and passion, that I have in this amazing sport!"

Kevin Doré

"My name is Kevin Doré (Dor-RAY) I am excited to officially become a part of the Bike World team and represent a world class multisport brand.

When not training to get better or competing in my next event I enjoy spending time traveling and exploring the world with my wife Shawne. It seems that I am always looking for my next adventure and first ventured into the world of multisport in 2007, and with the help of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society completed my first triathlon…nothing to write home about, but I finished. I broadened my event scope over the last couple of years to include Obstacle Course Racing (OCR), running, cycling, and triathlon and have averaged 29 events per year for the last four years.

Wrapping up 2016 heavy in triathlon (completed 9 triathlons) I am looking forward to an amazing 2017 and thrilled to represent Bike World Multisport HQ."

Alexandra Olson

"I have been active, in sports, for most of my life, starting as a youngster swimming and playing tennis. I started competing in triathlon a couple of years ago and got hooked. I enjoy sprint triathlon and am hoping to get into longer distance events soon.

I am also an avid road cyclist and hope to complete the Shiner GASP and Hotter’N Hell 100, again in 2017.

One goal for 2017 is to start mountain biking. I look forward to representing Bicycle World at many events and fun rides in 2017, it should be a great year!”
